Ihre Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Account Executive / Sales Executive, um unser Wachstum im weiter voranzutreiben. In dieser Rolle verantwortest du den gesamten Vertriebszyklus unserer SaaS-Lösung Athereon GRC und unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Implementierung innovativer Governance-, Risk- und Compliance-Management-Systeme.


Was dich erwartet:

  • Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer effektiven Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategie.
  • Identifikation von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch gezielte Akquise, Networking und Nutzung von Partnerkanälen.
  • Präsentation der Mehrwerte von Athereon GRC und Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen.
  • Management des gesamten Vertriebszyklus – von der Qualifikation über Bedarfsanalysen bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung und dem erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Customer Success und Produktteams zur Sicherstellung eines optimalen Kundenerlebnisses.
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie.

Ihr Profil

Was du mitbringst:

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich GRC, ISMS oder verwandten Unternehmenslösungen.
  • Erfolgsbilanz bei der Identifikation und Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie im Management komplexer Vertriebszyklen.
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick auf "Head of Level" und darüber.
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrungen in Hubspot.
  • Erfahrung mit Value-Based-Selling und lösungsorientiertem Vertrieb.
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Your Application:

Interview:
If your application catches our interest, we’ll invite you to an online interview. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce yourself personally and ask any questions you may have. Depending on the role, there may be more than one interview to give both sides enough time to get to know each other.

Decision:
If your work and experience convince us, we will soon make you a concrete job offer. At this point, we will also clarify the necessary formalities and conditions.
