Ihre Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Athereon GRC Plattform bei neuen Kunden – in der Cloud und on-premises – zuverlässig an den Start geht und stabil läuft. Du automatisierst Deployments, baust unsere CI/CD-Landschaft weiter aus und stellst sicher, dass wir den Zustand unserer Systeme jederzeit im Blick haben. Neben dem Betrieb arbeitest du eng mit dem Backendteam zusammen, um Schnittstellen und Integrationen technisch sauber umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

Deployment & Betrieb

Du planst und verantwortest die Inbetriebnahme neuer Kundensysteme – in der OpenTelekomCloud und in On-Premise-Umgebungen unserer Kunden.
Du führst Releases und Updates für Bestandskunden durch und stellst eine saubere Versionierung sowie Rollback-Möglichkeiten sicher.
Du dokumentierst und standardisierst wiederkehrende Deployments, damit sie effizient und reproduzierbar bleiben.

Automatisierung & CI/CD

Du identifizierst manuelle Schritte im Deployment-Prozess und überführst sie in automatisierte Workflows (z. B. Skripte, Pipelines, Playbooks).
Du konzipierst, implementierst und pflegst CI/CD-Pipelines (z. B. für automatische Deployments von Entwicklungs- und Testumgebungen).
Du arbeitest eng mit den Entwickler:innen zusammen, damit Build-, Test- und Deploy-Prozesse nahtlos ineinandergreifen.

Monitoring, Logging & Stabilität

Du richtest Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen für Kundensysteme und unsere eigene Infrastruktur ein und entwickelst diese weiter (z. B. mit Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry).
Du definierst sinnvolle Metriken und Alerts und sorgst dafür, dass Incidents strukturiert analysiert und nachhaltig behoben werden.
Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von Transparenz über Performance, Verfügbarkeit und Auslastung der Systeme.

Infrastruktur & Administration

Du verwaltest und optimierst unsere Infrastruktur in der OpenTelekomCloud (Compute, Storage, Netzwerke, Security-Gruppen etc.).
Du betreibst und pflegst unsere Kubernetes-Cluster und Container-Workloads.
Du arbeitest mit Identity- und Access-Management, insbesondere mit Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), und trägst zu einem sicheren Berechtigungskonzept bei.

Integrationen & Schnittstellen

Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Schnittstellen und Integrationen von Athereon GRC zu anderen Applikationen und verwendest dabei die Athereon GRC REST-API
Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit der Verwendung von APIs (REST, GraphQL etc.) sammeln können.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration/Anwendungsentwicklung) abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich DevOps, Systembetrieb oder vergleichbarer Rolle mit.
Du verfügst über gute Deutsch & Englischkenntnisse
Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Kubernetes (Deployment, Debugging, Helm/Manifeste, Rolling Updates) und Containern (Docker oder Podman).
Du hast Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code (z. B. Terraform, Ansible).
Du arbeitest sicher mit Linux, idealerweise mit Debian, und kennst dich mit grundlegenden System- und Netzwerkthemen (TCP/IP, Firewalls, VPN, DNS) aus.
Du beherrschst Python gut genug, um Skripte, Tools und kleinere Services zur Automatisierung zu entwickeln und zu warten.
Monitoring und Observability mit Tools wie Grafana und Prometheus sind dir vertraut; idealerweise hattest du schon Berührungspunkte mit Sentry oder ähnlichen Tools.
Du hast bereits CI/CD-Pipelines aufgebaut oder wesentlich weiterentwickelt (z. B. Git-basierte Workflows, automatisierte Tests, Staging-/Prod-Deployments).
Du kennst dich mit Entra ID (Azure AD) oder einem vergleichbaren Identity-Provider aus (Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung, Rollen, Single Sign-On).
Sauberer, reproduzierbarer Betrieb ist dir genauso wichtig wie sichere Konfigurationen – Themen wie IT-Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Resilienz sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Du kannst dich eigenständig in neue, komplexe Themen einarbeiten, kommunizierst klar und verstehst dich als Teil eines Teams, das gemeinsam Verantwortung übernimmt.

Nice to have (kein Muss, aber Pluspunkte):

Erfahrung mit On-Premise-Deployments in heterogenen Kundenumgebungen.
Grundverständnis von Compliance-/Security-Standards (z. B. ISO 27001) oder Lust, dich in diese Themen einzuarbeiten.

Your mission

Your role

You will ensure that our Athereon GRC platform is reliably launched and runs smoothly for new customers – in the cloud and on-premises. You automate deployments, further expand our CI/CD landscape, and ensure that we have an overview of the status of our systems at all times. In addition to operations, you work closely with the backend team to implement interfaces and integrations in a technically clean manner.

You plan and are responsible for the commissioning of new customer systems – in the OpenTelekomCloud and in our customers' on-premises environments.
You will carry out releases and updates for existing customers and ensure clean versioning and rollback options.
You will document and standardize recurring deployments so that they remain efficient and reproducible.
You will identify manual steps in the deployment process and convert them into automated workflows (e.g., scripts, pipelines, playbooks).
You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., for automatic deployments of development and test environments).
You will work closely with developers to ensure that build, test, and deploy processes mesh seamlessly.
You set up and further develop monitoring and logging solutions for customer systems and our own infrastructure (e.g., with Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry).
You define meaningful metrics and alerts and ensure that incidents are analyzed in a structured manner and resolved in a sustainable way.
You help to create transparency regarding the performance, availability, and utilization of the systems.
You will manage and optimize our infrastructure in the OpenTelekomCloud (compute, storage, networks, security groups, etc.).
You will operate and maintain our Kubernetes clusters and container workloads.
You will work with identity and access management, in particular with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and contribute to a secure authorization concept.
You will assist in the development of interfaces and integrations from Athereon GRC to other applications using the Athereon GRC REST API.
Ideally, you will already have experience using APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.).

Your profile

You have completed a degree in IT or comparable training (e.g., IT specialist in system integration/application development) and have several years of professional experience in DevOps, system operations, or a comparable role.
You have good German and English skills
You have practical experience with Kubernetes (deployment, debugging, Helm/manifests, rolling updates) and containers (Docker or Podman).
You have experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
You are confident working with Linux, ideally with Debian, and are familiar with basic system and network topics (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN, DNS).
You have a good command of Python, enabling you to develop and maintain scripts, tools, and smaller services for automation.
You are familiar with monitoring and observability using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus; ideally, you have already had experience with Sentry or similar tools.
You have already set up or significantly developed CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git-based workflows, automated tests, staging/prod deployments).
You are familiar with Entra ID (Azure AD) or a comparable identity provider (user and group management, roles, single sign-on).
Clean, reproducible operation is just as important to you as secure configurations – topics such as IT security, availability, and resilience are a matter of course for you.
You can independently familiarize yourself with new, complex topics, communicate clearly, and see yourself as part of a team that takes responsibility together.

Nice to have (not a must, but a plus):

Experience with on-premise deployments in heterogeneous customer environments.
Basic understanding of compliance/security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) or willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics.
